National Pubwatch Chair Steve Baker OBE presented five licensees with National Pubwatch Star Awards at their pre-conference reception held at Revolution Sheffield.
The licensees were representatives of local Pubwatch schemes operating in the city. National Pubwatch made the awards to recognise the outstanding partnership working taking place in Sheffield and the Pubwatch schemes efforts to reduce crime and disorder.
Steve said: “It’s a great pleasure to be able recognise the important work taking place within the city. The people socialising in the city should be very grateful for the efforts of local businesses who work together to keep staff and customers safe and create a vibrant night time economy”.
