Paul Horton, a National Pubwatch Regional Representative for the East of England, was honoured at the annual Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue awards on Wednesday 12 November 2025.
Paul, a retired Nottinghamshire Police Licensing Officer has been a volunteer with Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue for over 50 years.
He was presented with the High Sheriffs ‘Life time achievement’ award, for his outstanding voluntary service and dedication to maintaining the NFRS Mansfield Fire Museum.
Paul is also a talented photographer, and delegates attending National Pubwatch conferences will have seen him working behind the scenes to support our work.
The National Pubwatch Committee wish to congratulate Paul on receiving this prestigious award.
