Chesterfield Pubwatch held a strongly supported meeting today at the Chesterfield FC SMH Group Stadium. It was attended by 143 licenses, managers, staff and Door staff.
Speakers included Police licensing and Police Drugs Officers talking about latest trends. The Police Football Officer spoke about Chesterfields return to the EFL (after a six-season absence) and the upcoming Euro competition and the upcoming Euro competition. The Police Anti-Terrorism Office, gave an update on the long-anticipated Martyn’s Law.
The Fire Service gave a presentation on fire risks and marquees for the Euro’s and Derbyshire County Council informed members about a forthcoming campaign called ‘Walk Away.
Chesterfield Pubwatch will be holding their first Best Bar None Awards at the same venue on 8 July 2024.
