Please consider why the scheme was established i.e. what are the main problems being addressed. What has been achieved in making your premises (and wider area) safer e.g. verifiable reduction in violent crime, increased footfall, improved customer satisfaction etc?

Please consider how the scheme is structured and how you work to the spirit of the NPW Good Practice Guide e.g. how does your Committee make decisions; what is your relationship with police and other public agencies; how do you deal with challenges etc.

Please consider how the scheme has promoted itself and informed customers, stakeholders and the wider community about what it is doing, why it is doing it and its achievements e.g. materials available to members, media campaigns etc?

Please consider what initiatives the scheme has recently undertaken to reduce crime and ASB. If a different stakeholder is leading on any specific initiative we would like to know how the Watch members have contributed to making it a success
